Business or personal? Facebook is making people think thrice about how much to share
It’s intriguing to me to see what people choose and do not choose to share on Facebook. Right now, I see a some interesting things happening:
1) Business contacts only commenting lightly on personal matters, such as birthday wishes, but tentatively promoting work-related things of interest.

Facebook advertising is growing up, but needs to keep growing
I posted this on my Facebook wall:
I am laughing at the ads Facebook chooses to serve me. I mean seriously. Just because I’m single, straight and male, it’s appropriate to show me pictures of “hotties” and wedding rings? Grow up, advertising! And grow up advertisers!

Time for truth. It’s undoubtedly debatable in an endless manner that “truth” is relative. I aim to agree with that, and if you follow, you’ll agree that it’s ridiculous for me to start out by stating it’s time or truth. Nonetheless, I do.
