Music from the Vault: Inspiritu

If I remember this correctly, I was both physically exhausted and emotionally wrecked when I arrived at Dre’s studio that night. I sat down and recorded the guitar line, then promptly fell asleep.
When I woke, Andre had written the lyrics, recorded them, mixed it and was sitting back, listening to it. Groggy was I. And amazed - I needed that sleep.
The photo is from San Francisco last year. Got invited to an impromptu Halloween party almost right after I stepped off the plane. So what do I do? Cut myself a paper mask, of course!
